Title(s): Windfinder to Clan Wavemistress.
Slightly tall and handsome. She has big black eyes, a straight nose and a strong chin, just like her sister Tebreille. She studied the Bowl of Winds for many years, and directed the circle and the flows that worked the Bowl of Winds.

She was in Caemlyn. Most likely the Windfinder to a Wavemistress.
Coine din Jubai Wild Winds
Allegiance: The Light, The Coramoor, Wavedancer.
Title(s): Sailmistress.
The older sister of Jorin, and Sailmistress of Wavedancer. She took Elayne and Nynaeve to Tanchico from Tear. She wears much jewelery on her face.
Derah din Selaan Rising Wave
Title(s): Sailmistress of White Spray.
Handsome and short of her middle years. She has eight fine earings. She is Sailmistress to Harine din Togara.

Female sailor on Wavedancer.
Dorile din Eiran Long Feather
Title(s): Windfinder to Wavemistress of Clan Somarin.
Slender and handsome. She has four earings in each ear and a chain from her ear to nose with a few medallions on it.

A windfinder, probably to Caire, but it is not specifically stated.
Harine din Togara Two Winds
Allegiance: White Spray.
Title(s): Wavemistress of Clan Shodein, Ambassador to Coramoor.
Dignified, full mouthed and handsome, but rarely smiling. She is also a widow. She has white streaks in her straight black hair and fine lines at the corners of her eyes. Five fat gold rings are in each ear. She has been Wavemistress for ten years, and will one day be Mistress of the Ships.
She made the bargain between the Atha'an Miere and the Coramoor which saw her become Ambassador to the Coramoor, accompanied by her Windfinder, Swordmaster and retinue.
Jorin din Jubai White Wing
Allegiance: The Light, Wavedancer.
Title(s): Windfinder.
Favorite Saying: If it pleases the light, all will be well. All will be well, and all will be well, and all manner of thing will be well, if it pleases the light.
The younger sister of Coine, but she still has grown daughters. Able to channel, she is the Windfinder of Wavedancer who taught Elayne about channeling and weather. She wears much jewelery on her face.

Stony face with flat black eyes and black skin. She has only contempt for land dwellers.
Malin din Toral Breaking Wave
Title(s): Sailmistress of Windrunner, Wavemistress of Clan Somarin.
A grave face and heavily grey streaked hair. She has five golden rings in each ear and a chain with gold medalions from her ear to nose. She wears a sash with the ends to her knees.

Plump, solid and young with big eyes. She is an apprentince Windfinder and as strong as Elayne in the One Power. She was a member of the circle that worked the Bowl of Winds.

Nesta din Reas Two Moons
Allegiance: Atha'an Miere.

Short, stout and old with black eyes and will power. Many many medallions from her nose to her ear and all over her ears and a chain connecting all of them.

Allegiance: The Light.
Title(s): Windfinder, damane.
When the Seanchan invaded Ebou Dar, she was taken damane. Mat removed her collar before he was to escape Ebou Dar. She then freed her people and started a huge rebellion, that left thousands dead and allowed many of the Atha'an Miere to escape Ebou Dar.
Raab
He had dark hair with tight curls. During Mat's lucky spree in Tar Valon, he was betting against Mat until he realised he couldn't win. He started betting with Mat, and went home very happy with pockets full of coin.
Rainyn

A young, junior Windfinder on a soarer, with rounded cheeks. She is as strong as Romanda in the One Power. She was a member of the circle that worked the Bowl of Winds.
Renaile din Calon Blue Star
Title(s): Windfinder to Mistress of Ships.
Straight black hair with narrow wings of white at her temples. She is handsome, in her middle years with large black eyes and a cool deep voice. Arrogant, she is a hand taller than Zaida. She has ten fat gold earings that are connected by a fine chain. She was in Caemlyn.
Rysael

She was a member of the circle that worked the Bowl of Winds.
Senine din Ryal
Title(s): Windfinder.
Weathered cheeks and thick grey hair. She was once windfinder to Mistress of the Ships before Nesta din Reas was elected. She is in the Caemlyn Palace.
Shalon din Togara Morning Tide
Title(s): Windfinder to Clan Shodein.
Young and pretty with eight earings. The Windfinder to Harine din Togara and her older sister. Shalon did much of the raising with their mother often absent. Her husband is Mishael, whom she rarely sees.
Looking to further her knowledge of Rand and land dwellers, she approached Ailil Raitin, soon becoming friends and then lovers. They were together when the Sun Palace was half destroyed, Rand finding them and binding them under the bed. Cadsuane found and held them, hoping to get some information regarding the attack. When Verin discovered the true reason for their silence, she was allowed to return to her ship on condition she would report on Harine, or her secret was lost.
Shielyn
Title(s): Windfinder to Clan Catelar.
Slender and reserved, she is almost as tall as Aviendha. Her skin is coal black. She is windfinder to Zaida din Parede.
Talaan din Gelyn
Young, slim and meek. Caire's daughter, she is an apprentice Windfinder with as much strength in the One Power as Nynaeve. She was a member of the circle that worked the Bowl of Winds.
Taval din Chanai Nine Gulls
Title(s): Windfinder of White Spray.
Looks to be in her early twenties, she has six fine earings.
Tebreille din Gelyn South Wind
Title(s): Windfinder to Clan Wavemistress.
Very handsome with a stern face. She has a strong chin with big black eyes and a straight nose. She was a member of the circle that worked the Bowl of Winds. The sister of Caire.
Toram
Allegiance: The Light, Wavedancer.
Title(s): Cargomaster.
Heavy shouldered with grey hair and a long puckered scar down his cheek. He has a dangerous air about him with two curved knives on him. He earned the scar fighting Seanchan, which is in contrast to his spectacles.
The husband of Coine, he is the Cargomaster of Wavedancer and very good at it. He has some jewelery in his ears and around his neck.
Zaida din Parede Blackwing
Title(s): Wavemistress of Clan Catelar.
A hand shorter than Renaile, she is stunningly beautiful and becoming more beautiful as she ages. Her skin is darker than charcoal and has tight black curly hair with grey streaks. She has many medallions on both her earings and on the chain from her ear to her nose.
Zaida is the ambassador to Rand from the Mistress of the Ships, holding her full authority and will one day be Mistress of the Ships herself. Understandibly, she has an air of command.
Zushi
Title(s): Windfinder, damane.
A tall woman made damane when the Seanchan invaded Ebou Dar. She was not responding well to being collared, loosing weight, and was to be put with an experienced damane to help her deal with the trauma.
